Demonstration homes

Real-life examples are being co-designed and delivered in two 1920-1940 estates in the UK. The demonstration homes are enabling us to work closely with all relevant stakeholders through all stages of the transformation. This is helping us to understand where key opportunities and challenges are, and to work together to provide solutions that can be disseminated more widely to support the whole transformation process.

Swansea

Swansea Council have been working with Cardiff University since 2017 and are continuing to combine their expertise and practical experience to ensure the homes transformed are fit for future generations.
